The following articles were published during 2006. My plan is to make some of these available as PDFs so that visitors to my site can download them to read at their leisure - this will be part of a major revamp of my website scheduled for later in the year. 'Amateur Photographer' published my article on taking winter landscapes (14th January 2006) and an account of my experience of shooting landscapes with a digital SLR (21st January 2006).

'Amateur Photographer' (4th February) published my article on producing impressionistic images of the natural world.

'Amateur Photographer' (11th March) published my article on how to develop a personal photographic style.

'Photography Monthly' featured my pinhole photography in its April issue and in the same edition published an article I wrote on selling landscape and nature photographs.

'Amateur Photographer' (1st April) published my article on black & white flower photography.

The April edition of 'Digital Camera Magazine' included my article on photographing spring flowers.

'Black & White Photography' featured my work in a pinhole special edition (July)

'Amateur Photographer' (12th August) published my article on a project I've been working on for a number of years - colourful & graphic shots taken in various seaside locations.

'Amateur Photographer' (30th September) featured my black & white landscape photographs in an article that described my workflow for producing B&W prints in the digital darkroom.

'Black & White Photography' (December 2006) published my successful entries in the 'B&W Photographer of the Year' competition.

'Amateur Photographer' (9th December) published my article on photographing landscapes in 'poor' weather.
